Coronavirus Appeal

As the global coronavirus pandemic tightened its deadly grip in some of the world’s poorest countries, the Irish Emergency Alliance came together to save lives by helping prevent the spread of the virus and supporting those affected. The Irish Emergency Alliance Emergency Coronavirus Appeal launched in 2020 and the Irish public responded with exceptional generosity.

Funds raised have gone towards food, water and medical care for some of the most vulnerable people in the world, as well as providing soap, masks and vital information about preventing the spread of the virus.
